#125- Opening The Door To Joy
Joy isn't just a feeling – it's something we're meant to share. This Advent season, as we light the third candle representing joy, we're reminded that true, lasting joy doesn't come from temporary fixes or fleeting pleasures. It comes from Jesus alone.
The gift of Christmas wasn't meant just for us – it was meant for the whole world. As Isaac Watts wrote, "Joy to the world, the Lord is come!"
This season, let's find our joy in Jesus, not in the things of this world. Let's share that joy with everyone around us. Let's open the door to joy and invite others into the goodness and grace of our Lord and Savior.
